I'm finding it hard to stay consistent with my home practice, especially on busy days. Does anyone have tips or tricks that help them stay motivated and get on the mat every day, even if it's just for a few minutes?

Great question, YogaLover22! A key is to let go of the 'all or nothing' mindset. A 10-minute practice is just as valid as a 60-minute one. Try 'habit stacking' - link your yoga practice to something you already do every day, like making coffee. Also, having a dedicated, inviting space for your practice can make a huge difference. Keep it up!

I lay my mat out the night before. When I wake up and see it, it serves as a visual reminder and I'm much more likely to practice.
