Restorative Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues, like ligaments and fascia, through long-held passive poses. This all-levels course is a perfect complement to more active (yang) practices. It is a deeply meditative and relaxing practice that helps improve flexibility, circulation, and joint health.
