Prenatal Yoga Journey

Designed for expectant mothers, this course focuses on poses that can alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, strengthen the pelvic floor, and prepare the body for labor. It is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with your baby and other mothers-to-be in a supportive community.
