Hatha Flow Foundations

This course is perfect for beginners or those looking to revisit the basics. We will move slowly through foundational yoga postures (asanas), focusing on proper alignment, breath control (pranayama), and mindfulness. Each class will end with a period of relaxation to help integrate the practice.
